Subscription Cancellation

We are so confident in our product that we offer a simple subscription cancellation policy.
Just contact us by email at contact@karmyy.com and inform us that you wish to cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription starting 14 days after receiving the product, with a simple email request.

However, we guarantee excellent results, and the full and continuous results tend to appear after more than 120 days of use.

At Karmyy, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase, and we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy.

Returns

You have 120 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@karmyy.com with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:
